Yaaa Hes finally Home to his family
Ethan and Anna has waited forever for Walter Reed to Discharge Mike. Yesterday was the best Christmas gift on both of their list. Mike is finally retired from the army and can start on a normal life in Sunny California where he also has family and friends waiting. Anna and her family have waited so long for this day to come. I wish them true happiness and love for their future .

Beware!
For all of you direct Finlay decendants I wanted you to see an example of what happens when you don't put sun tan lotion on when you're young.
This is second stage Skin Cancer that I'm having treated. A lot has to do with driving the car and having my left side exposed to light.
You can avoid this if you use an adequate lotion.

I have been using blogger for years now and have been happy with it. It's easy to use, and best of all.. it's FREE!!

You can have multiple "authors", so for those who want to contribute to the blog... all they would have to do is sign up for a google account (if they don't already have one) and I can add them as an author. I will be the administrator since I created the blog, but all authors can post on their own. Notice at the bottom of this post, it says "Posted by Anne". Each author's post will be individualized so it will say "Posted by Grandpa Fin" or "Posted by Kevin", etc....
If you prefer, you can also add a membership restrictions to the site. This means you would have to "invite" only the people who you want to see the contents of the site.
The banner is just something I whipped up... but the entire layout (background, banner, etc) is fully customizable and can be changed around as often as you want.
You can link to outside links. For example: Just posted a new blog about our trip to Vegas!
You can also add cute little things like the poll on the right column.
You can also add comments for each post. You'll find it at the bottom of each post...
Anyway, this is just a suggestion. If everyone decides not to go this route, I can easily delete this page!
